Monday-Thursday: 3:45pm-4:45pm, 4:45pm-5:45pm

Monday & Wednesday: 6pm-7pm

Saturday: 10:15am-11:15am

Absolutely! When kids get stronger, faster, and fitter their confidence will rise, and so will their self-esteem and performance in every aspect of life will get better.

QUESTION:
Will this help my kid run faster and jump higher?

ANSWER:
No Question! Proper strength training will add more Giddy Up and Go to their athletic ability so they can show up next season with everyone asking what they have been doing.

QUESTION HERE:
Can you help my kid eat better?

ANSWER:
YES! Every kid in our VH Performance program will get a copy of our athlete nutrition manual to follow. We will educate them on what food to eat and which to avoid...They might even ask for more broccoli!

QUESTION:
Can training help improve my kids' mindset toward hard situations?

ANSWER:

We’re going to equip your child with very specific mindset skills that’ll help them learn how to transform how they think about mistakes and failures.

QUESTION:
Is my kid too young for strength training?

ANSWER:

Not at all. Strength training is a relative term that just means any form of resistance training. Younger kids will do mostly calisthenics and older kids will begin proper weight training techniques.
